DIRECTIONS
- Apply Lash Clean and Condition to a cotton pad or soft tissue.
- Wipe gently with downward movements across the upper eyelid and down lashes.
- Gently sweep along lash lines.
Apply a small amount of the product to clean, dry skin. Massage gently until fully absorbed. Use daily for best results.
